SPECTUS AND INDIGO HELP INSTALLER K-BAN GROW

25/03/2008

Tewkesbury-based installer, K-Ban, has moved to a new 10,650 sq ft warehouse -
double the size of its original premises. Established in 2002, K-Ban buys Elite 70
frames from Spectus super-fabricator, Indigo. The company installs windows,
doors and conservatories exclusively to new build properties varying from
small local house builders to the large nationals.

Alan Trevethan, Managing
Director of K-Ban, says that
the company's recent growth
is due in part to the service
& support from its suppliers:

"We win new contracts
with the help of Indigo and
Spectus. Both companies
visit customers & prospects.
They also help with
cold-calling.

"We use the Elite 70 profile
due to its high quality and
the colour range. The grey
foil on white is flavour of the
month at the moment - it has
the look of aluminium but is
more cost effective and
easier to install. The system
in general looks great."
